Collected data is being used for: Idenfication of user and management of priviledges. Customer service of registered users.

Customer data is collected and handled with the concent of the user, or in order to implement an agreement made with the user.

Name of the company, VAT Number, Email, Phone, Social security number, Username and password.

  1. Duration of data storage

User date is stored as long as needed in order to improve customer service or to fulfil an agreement.

Data is being collected from: The user (in compliance with The Law (ytj.fi); Google Analytics -software.

  1. Regular disclosure of information and transfer of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area

Information is not normally distributed. Some of the company’s service providers or software providers may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

We use cookies on our website. The right of inspection is free of charge at most once a year.

The Registrant has the right to claim rectification or removal of incorrect or obsolete data or transfer of data from one system to another. He also has the right to limit or object to the processing of his data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU Data Protection Regulation.

The data subject has the right to withdraw his prior consent to the processing of data or to file complaints with the supervisory authority on the processing of his / her personal data.

The registrar is also entitled to prohibit the use of his data for direct marketing purposes.
